It is an interesting phenomenon that the term and importance of User Experience (UX) has been widely recognized and accepted in the CogInfoCom community, however the economic aspects, connections and consequences is not really being researched. Many researches confirm that good UX is good for business, but the conviction of software investment decision makers should be based on financial calculation findings. This paper attempts to highlight and analyze the monetary sides of different business software developments related to UX.
