Description:

After the Hungarian transition, the joining the EU and by the employment agreements among the European countries the west-wards migration brisked up. The high unemployment, the marketable professions and knowledge of languages helped the qualified experts to emigrate for better job and salary or prestige into the western European countries. Researching the Hungarian migrant potential it is verifiable; learnt material/occupancy and knowledge gained in Hungary almost lost as the employees that migrate, do not strive to get a job in accordance with their knowledge but in case they do so, it is without success. The brain waste tendency and underemployment is to be mentioned better, than the brain drain in case of the Hungarian high-skilled (BA, MA) employees obtaining a job abroad. This study is about to reveal the problems of mentioned above and this study is supported by the result of the survey made in the EU-15 among the Hungarian economics graduated migrants, examines the causes and in the focus there are the migrant motivations of the high-skilled young generation after the crisis. The survey's period is 2012-13 and it was carried out in a form of a questionnaire.
