A Human-Aided Evaluation Based on Distance from Average Solution Method for the Diagnosis of Skin Disease Using T-Spherical Fuzzy Information

Disorders of the skin have been identified as skin diseases. These medical disorders may involve severe skin manifestations, including allergic reactions, frustration, and itching. Numerous skin disorders may be inherited, while other aspects may be caused by lifestyle. To diagnose the various skin disorders based on the symptoms of skin diseases, we introduce the novel idea of Interval-Valued T-Spherical Fuzzy Set (IV-TSFS) that significantly enhances the ability to handle vagueness and unpredictability in the data being gathered. The IV-TSFS takes the concept of T-SFS by incorporating Interval Values (IVs). This innovation greatly improves the capacity to represent and manage uncertainty because they offer a structured and flexible framework that captures real-world ambiguity, vagueness, and unpredictability as compared to other classical fuzzy models. In this article, we construct the extended conventional IV-TSF Evaluation based on Distance from Average Solution (EDAS) approach by using the conventional Evaluation based on Distance from Average Solution (EDAS) method and also identifying a wide range of possibilities and understanding the potential variability in outcomes, which is especially useful in Decision-Making (DM) scenarios. This method provides a balanced view of each alternative’s performance, helping decision-makers to rank and select the most suitable option effectively. It is the most powerful way to visualize and compare the performance of various alternatives in a structured and quantitative manner. Firstly, we briefly review the description of T-SFSs and IV-TSFSs and discuss the score function Ṩcr(₮), accuracy function Ἇcr(₮), and the basic Operational Laws (OLs) of IV-TSFVs. Next, we explain the extensive interventions of the extended conventional Interval-Valued T-Spherical Fuzzy (IV-TSF) EDAS method to cope with uncertain and unreliable information, which is especially useful in DM scenarios. Finally, a numerical example is provided to effectively diagnose the favorable skin disease based on the symptoms of skin diseases by using the IV-TSF EDAS approach, and several comparative results of our proposed model with other existing Aggregation Operators (AOs) are carried out to demonstrate the invaluable benefits associated with this strategy.

These applications are evaluated and giving overview about the complexity of model structures, details and the computational sources from the perspective of required value of run-time. Explains the common approaches of the e-machine simulation methods, with an investigation in the field of hardware accelerated finite element analysis. Invests within the available studies and experiences from different non e-machine applications of the finite element method. Consequently notes a form of application and adaption of these techs of the finite element analysis that keep the tempo of development at a high-rate beside to offer a more detailed simulation than traditionally used tools for control prototyping purposes.

In the field of logistics packaging (industrial-, or even customer packaging), companies have to take decisions on determining the optimal packaging solutions and expenses. The decisions often involve a choice between one-way (disposable) and reusable (returnable) packaging solutions. Even nowadays, in most cases the decisions are made based on traditions and mainly consider the material and investment costs, but many other aspects are important as well. Traditional (two-valued) logic is not suitable for modeling this problem, so the application of a fuzzy signature approach was considered. In a previous paper a fuzzy signature modeling the packaging decision was suggested, based on logistics expert opinions, in order to support the decision making process of choosing the right packaging system. The aim of this study is to improve the model and apply it for dangerous goods packaging.

Mojsisovics (1897) described the taxon Canis lupus minor based on the pelt of a canine carnivore killed in Bilje (Croatia) and made into a carpet. Although the skin’s original dimensions may have changed during preparation, the available data and description suggest that it most likely represents the fur of a golden jackal or a canine hybrid. As far as we know, the pelt has now been lost. Here, the authors, using the available information and starting from a jackal pelt, reconstructed the colouration and pattern of the C. lupus minor type specimen.

In our experiments polyamide 6/high density polyethylene blends (25/75 wt%) were produced and maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene was used as chemical coupling agent. To get finer microstructure and enhance the mechanical properties the blends were compounded by different nanostructured reinforcements. Halal food supply chains: A literature review of sustainable measures and future research directions

Introduction. Although sustainability represents a high-profile topic in supply chain management, it remains an unexplored research area for Halal food supply chains (HFSCs). Hence, to bridge this knowledge gap, we conducted a systematic literature review to identify the measures necessary for the development of sustainable HFSCs and potential research gaps at the nexus of sustainability and Halal food literature. Study objects and methods. We carefully analyzed forty (40) papers selected from leading, highly-ranked journals to answer the following research question: “What are the measures necessary for the development of sustainable Halal food supply chains?” Results and discussion. The findings revealed that the improvement of Halal processes through the implementation of quality management systems, the effectiveness of Halal labeling, and the use of technology could enhance the economic performance of HFSCs. Furthermore, HFSC’s sustainability efforts are strengthened by enhancing trust and transparency benefitting human resource skills development, promoting animal welfare issues, and increasing regulatory compliance. The implementation of environmental protection measures is a primary driving factor for environmental sustainability activities. Environmental sustainability could be fostered by a shift to the application of greening practices and the support of environmentalism in the Halal food industry. Conclusion. The findings of this study provide critical managerial implications for Halal food practitioners as they can have a summary of the previous studies and thus use it as a benchmark for introducing sustainable measures in their Halal food firms.

Climate risk spillovers and financial tail-events: Evidence from quantile analysis

This study investigates the dynamic and asymmetric connectedness between four crude oil benchmarks (Brent, WTI, INE, Murban) and three climate risk indexes (Physical Risk Index, Transition Risk Index, and U.S. Climate Policy Uncertainty Index). Addressing a critical gap in the literature, which often relies on linear models and average connectedness, we employ the quantile-on-quantile connectedness method to capture non-linear, asymmetric, and state-dependent spillovers, particularly under extreme market conditions. Our analysis reveals that climate risk indexes are predominantly net receivers of shocks from oil markets, with connectedness intensifying sharply during periods of market stress, political conflict, or sudden climate events. The findings highlight that systemic risk is significantly elevated at extreme quantiles, demonstrating that linear models may substantially underestimate true systemic risk during critical junctures. Methodologically, this research demonstrates the efficacy of quantile-on-quantile connectedness in revealing tail-risk effects. Empirically, it provides the most comprehensive comparison to date of connectedness across diverse crude oil benchmarks and climate risk indexes. The results offer crucial insights for investors seeking resilient portfolios, and for policymakers and regulators in designing macro-prudential oversight frameworks that recognize the non-linear and state-dependent nature of climate-financial contagion, emphasizing the need for flexible policies and continuous monitoring.
